Scarlett Johansson was born on the 22nd of November, 1984 in New York City New York. She is an American actress/singer whose versatility has gained her recognition across a range of kinds of genres, from thrillers to adventures to period films. Johansson was born in New York City, and was raised by an architect father and producer mother. The twin brothers Hunter and her were her youngest siblings. When she was a kid she was able to begin acting. Actually, at seven, she had already auditioned for a number of commercials. Following a short period beginning her study in the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. Later on, the Professional Children's School was opened in Manhattan. In the age of eight, she starred together with Ethan Hawke in the Off-Broadway production Sophistry when she was nine. At that age, she made her film debut with Rob Reiner's North (1994). Johansson later appeared in Just Cause (1995) but her debut came in Manny & Lo (1996) which was a film about orphaned sisters who run away. The Horse Whisperer (2000) the film in which she played the role of a teenage girl who has a deformity because of an accident earned the film critical acclaim. After that, in Ghost World 2001 (as the young, sarcastic teenager Rebecca), Johansson gained an even greater amount of attention. In her childhood she fell in love with acting. Smith landed a first acting gig in the age of 6 with her parents' support. She made a commercial for Dannon. Similar to numerous young actresses, she began her professional career in the theatre. She would work in different USA productions while making her debut on stage with Wildflower. She attended the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
