Ava August was 14 when she performed at the Staples Center, Downtown Los Angeles in front of an SOLD packed audience. The Los Angeles Kings were playing professional hockey. Ava August was recruited and booked to perform by the Los Angeles Dodgers and L.A. Galaxy Professional soccer and baseball teams in turn, however the COVID-19 virus resulted in cancellations of these scheduling. At the age of 15, Ava August also became the youngest performer ever to appear on American Idol season 19. Ava was awarded the gold medal in the Audition Round.
